Green Turf - Hardscape Project - Post Image 1

Our client hired a contractor who built an addition to the back of the home that was too low to the grade of the property, which caused flooding when ever a heavy rain occurred. The water created mold build-up on the walls and they had to be replaced several times. Green Turf’s solution was to tear out the old patio, re-grade the area, install a proper drainage system that piped the water away from the downspouts of the roof. We then installed a new retaining wall and patio with a drainage system to capture water direct it away from the house.  The client loved that the project was both functional, appealing and solved their flooding problem.
